Last night members of Dundalk Municipal District Council honoured both Dundalk Dog Rescue and Dundalk Tidy Towns with Civic Awards. The awards were in recognition of the work carried out by both charities and their volunteers.
Both Dundalk Dog Rescue and Dundalk Tidy Towns were honoured to receive the awards on behalf of their dedicated volunteers and supporters who make everything they do possible week after week. They also thanked the members of the council who nominated them for the awards.
Dundalk Tidy Town were also winners of the Community Award in this year’s Louth Business Awards which took place last week following in the footsteps of Dundalk Dog Rescue who won the Award in 2023.
