Dundalk Chamber School Mentorship Programme has developed this year with the launch of ‘Pick & Pace.’ Secondary Schools in Dundalk were invited to commit to weekly litter picks of the area around their schools with local businesses funding essential litter picking supplies.

On Tuesday 22nd October, the initiative launched with students in O’Fiaich College and Colaiste Ris eager to start litter picking. The School Mentorship Programme Co-Ordinator Jenny Gray of Staffline Recruitment and Dundalk Tidy Town’s Helen Byrne invited Pick & Pace sponsors to come along when the supplies were being delivered to the schools.
