Open to hospitality businesses in the Boyne Valley who want to drive footfall to their business this Autumn festival season. Join chef Conor Halpenny, from the award-winning Square Restaurant, and Tara Walker, cookery instructor, as they demonstrate 6 seasonal dishes featuring local ingredients. Beverage expert Judith Boyle will also be on hand to demonstrate local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks pairings for these dishes. Options will range from traditional fare to fine dining and will include vegetarian, vegan and dessert options.
Following the workshop, list your own “Boyne Valley Bite” made with local ingredients on your menu to avail of a range of FREE marketing supports, including social media coverage from The Sunday Times restaurant critics, GastroGays.
