This course is very practical, incorporating principles & methods covered in the Project Management Institute (PMI), A Guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide). The PMI is renowned worldwide as the preeminent body for championing excellence in project management.

Using methods based on the PMBOK guide, you will follow the life cycle of your chosen project from initiation to planning, execution, controlling and closure.
