Dundalk Chamber Of Commerce

Dundalk Chamber is the representative forum for businesses in Dundalk region. We are committed to stimulating investment, sustaining economic growth and enhancing business opportunities

Dundalk has an extremely active Chamber of Commerce. Dundalk’s business network and business voice consist of 250 members representing all business sectors in the town.  Chamber council members meet monthly with a view to promoting economic development throughout Dundalk.

The Chamber structure is designed to meet the needs of the key business sectors in the community and to ensure their development objectives are met by appropriate representation on each sector’s behalf.

Dundalk is strategically located along the M1 Corridor, approximately midway between the two largest cities in the island of Ireland, Belfast and Dublin. The M1 Corridor is a thriving hub of economic activity with established multinational and indigenous businesses across multiple industry sectors.

Historically a town famous for manufacturing industries (featuring brewing, textiles, shoe making and tobacco plants), Dundalk has now evolved into a hub for technology, electronics, engineering and pharmaceuticals.

What We Do

Membership Benefits

The Dundalk Chamber plays a pivotal role in the ongoing promotion and development of our region as the best place to work, live, stay, and play! By joining Dundalk Chamber, you will become a member our diverse membership community of sole traders, SMEs, micro businesses and multi-national corporations.  Benefits are as valuable to sole traders as they are to SME’s and multinational companies.

Dundalk Chamber works to raise the region’s profile in the minds of visitors and investors by promoting our manufacturing and service industries as well as tourism, retail, commercial and lifestyle offerings. We promote the importance of supporting employment by shopping locally – our Shop Local Gift Voucher has kept over €8 million in our local economy since 2015.

We provide a supportive environment in which to do business and create stronger relationships within the local business community and foster collaboration between businesses, agencies, groups and educational providers.

We listen to businesses and lobby issues on their behalf. We promote the importance of Dundalk’s location on the M1 Corridor and local, national and international level. The Dundalk Chamber is here to create, support, maintain and promote a positive environment for business in Dundalk and the region, by encouraging a strong, unified business community.
