With a phased return to the workplace in operation since January 24th, updated guidance and best practice is now available to ensure employers and staff can make this return as safe as possible.
The government has issued a Transitional Protocol, to facilitate a safe return by providing information on developing a Covid-19 response plan, communicating with staff and measures to prevent infection. See attached.
The Health and Safety Authority also has provided templates and resources to support businesses to create documentation and supporting materials including a response plan and checklists for employers, staff and lead worker representatives. See these here.
