Amaka Okonkwo awarded at Africa Day Awards night in Dublin

Africa Day Awards is an annual event organised by Metro Eireann to honour not only Africans in Ireland but native Irish and companies including NGOs whose work have benefited Africans/African community in Ireland and in Africa. Amaka M.Okonkwo, the founder of eDundalk, was one of the awardees on Saturday last in Dublin.

Amaka was awarded based on her impactful work via her Social Enterprise in tackling unemployment issues within migrant community and connecting people and communities through her Social Inclusion and Integration projects.

eDundalk organises the annual International Networking Dinner and Celebration in Dundalk every February. They also host Talk Shows which help to create awareness, inspire, motivate and empower individuals to reach their full potential. eDundalk generates revenue via advertising bookings and event sponsorship.
