Carlingfords Craft & Food Fair will be open for business this Sunday 27th November from 12 noon – 6.00pm
With a great atmosphere and delicious aromas, you are invited to browse through the homemade breads and muffins, cute cards and ceramics, jams and chutneys. The popular event is free to the public and runs on the 1st Sunday of every month.
The fair is looking forward to the Christmas trading. “Everything at the fair is handmade, unique and most importantly, very affordable! The ideal place to pick up something special for Christmas presents”, says Frances Taylor, Fair Coordinator.
The area has enjoyed a busy season and is uniquely reporting an increase in tourism figures this year with the visitors numbers continuing right into the shoulder season.
The fair promises to offer an even wider and diverse selection of craft and food in the traditional surroundings of the St Michaels Hall.
There are limited trading places left in the run up to Christmas and anyone interested in participating at the fair please contact The Cooley Peninsula Tourist Office on 042 9373033 or email info@carlingford.ie
