With the UK scheduled to leave the EU on the 29th March, and the status of the Withdrawal Agreement and transition still uncertain, it is crucial that businesses take steps to prepare themselves, as best they can, for a “no-deal Brexit”. We have recently updated our website with key information and resources for business to help them plan for Brexit. See http://www.chambers.ie/policy/the-brexit-result-information-for-chambers/
Along with these resources we have also complied and attached a brief fact-sheet that may help you prepare for a no-deal. The attached information sheet is only a brief overview and should in no way be considered comprehensive. However, with no-deal approaching, these are some of the areas that demand immediate attention.
In addition, we’ve also included a brief report form our Brexit event, held on the 10 January, giving an overview of the event and the key information.
Should you have any questions about the attached, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with Emma Kerins, our Head of Policy and Public Affairs, via her email address firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling directly +353 1 400 4303.
