As part of ID2015, Year of Design in Ireland, Creative Spark is delighted and proud to bring a panel of experts to Dundalk on Saturday 31 October to share their insights into current and future applications of 3D printing and its potential impact on our lives in an event entitled “3D Print Technologies – Generating, Exploring and Exploiting”.
Featuring an exciting line up of international speakers, including Francis Bitonti from New York, Ann Marie Shillito from Edinburgh and Keith Brown from Manchester, the conference will explore themes of collaboration and social innovation through design; it will look at how designers, makers, businesses and communities are currently engaging with the 3D print revolution and how it can maximise the benefits to industry, education and community.

The symposium is accompanied by a series of workshops running from Tuesday 27 to Friday 30 at DkIT which will offer hands-on experience of 3D printing and 3D modelling.
