The Springboard initiative offers you the opportunity to do this and keep your benefits! Dundalk Institute of Technology offer a range of part time Springboard courses across a number of sectors.

  • Hospitality Operations: Skills for working in the hotel, restaurant, bar and industrial  catering sector
  • Building Information Modelling: 3D Design for the construction sector
  • Construction Business Excellence: construction project management
  • Food and Agri-Business: Business skills for working in food & agri industry
  • Food Supply Chain Operations: Business Skills for efficient food supply chain management
  • 3D for Games: 3D animation for the games industry
  • Composing for Games: Composing music for the games industry
  • Computing: Foundation in software development
  • MSc in Medical Device Software: Medical device software programming
  • 2D & 3D Digital Animation Production: Animation for the film industry

All courses are starting in September 2015 and will run until June 2016, with the exception of the MSc in Medical Device software, which starts in January 2016.

Upon completion, you will achieve an accredited qualification from DkIT and have had opportunities to network with employers through master classes and work placements providing valuable experience.
