Strategic Business Planning is a heavily subsidised, high-impact programme offering five months of training alongside like-minded owners and managers, plus one-to-one support from results-driven business mentors. It is available nationwide.
The programme will run 1 day fortnightly for five months – March to July, 2018. Venue is City North Hotel, Gormanstown, Co. Meath.
The programme will be delivered by expert business mentors and training providers from Optimum Results.

- Seven full day workshops address the broad range of management competencies required to complete and implement a detailed Strategic Business Plan.
- Eight structured and client specific mentoring sessions assist and facilitate the development of the Strategic Business Plan.
The Strategic Growth Plan becomes the centre focus of management, allows for ongoing flexibility and places a strong emphasis on implementation and measurable results.
Participants who complete the programme will be awarded an “Advanced Certificate in Management Practice”
The Strategic Business Planning programme has been devised for people who want to grow their business. This programme is open to individual managers and to management teams. There is no minimum number of participants per company.The cost of this highly subsidised programme is €333.00 per person per month for six months. This includes all training, mentoring, course materials, lunches and refreshments. You can pay it in full in advance or you can spread the cost out by setting up a direct debate mandate for €333 per month for six months. The second person from the same business costs €167.00 per month for six months and the third person from the same business costs €84.00 per month for six months. All fees go direct to Skillnets, ManagementWorks.
