The video production also features some of McArdle Meats other food experts, and along with Alan they demonstrate how to prepare your Turkey and Ham and potatoes and vegetables; provide instructions for glazing your ham, roasting your potatoes, checking your turkey, making your prawn cocktail, checking your potatoes and vegetables, checking your turkey and ham, carving your turkey and slicing your ham, finalising your vegetables and finally, making your dessert.
Retailing at €3.00, this DVD is the perfect item for your shopping list this Christmas and is available from McArdle Meats’ two stores, one at the Marshes Shopping Centre and the other at Clanbrassil Shopping Centre. All proceeds from the sale of the McArdle Meats ‘How to Cook your Christmas Dinner’ DVD will go two charities – Down Syndrome Louth and Meath as well as Bóthar.
