Louth County Council through it’s Local Enterprise Office will run a ‘Superior Retailing’ Development Programme to assist Irish owned retail businesses cope with the challenges of Covid, Brexit and Online, and help plan their growth into the future. This is something which will greatly assist your retail members.
They are encouraging small retail businesses in County Louth to join up to this regional programme during November and December, so we can roll out delivery from January to April 2021.
The aim of the programme is to help retail businesses cope with the impact of Brexit and Covid-19, and the challenges they face from online competition. It will comprise of the following:
- Self-Assessment of Business Performance,
- Mystery Shopping reports,
- Training Workshops,
- Online Masterclasses
- One to One mentoring
- Creating a Strategic Recovery, Growth & Development Plan for their business.
The programme is designed to improve the performance of participants’ businesses.
