Dundalk Chamber Welcomed The Israeli Embassy

Dundalk Chamber hosted another very successful Embassy visit when The Israeli Embassy came to Dundalk to meet local companies in order to forge business links.

Mr Colin Sheena, Economic Representative of The Israeli Embassy visited Dundalk on Wednesday 6th November for a series of one-to-one meetings with various companies from around the North-East.  This is just one in a series of many visits which Dundalk Chamber has organized.

The meetings took place in Oriel Shared Services in the Finnabair Business Park.  Mr Sheena was delighted with the number and variety of contacts and was sure that the visit would enhance trade in both directions.

Mr Sheena also stated that he hopes to come back to Dundalk in the very near future to meet with more companies in the hope of forging business links between Ireland and Israel.  He also thanked the Dundalk Chamber of Commerce for giving him the opportunity to explain the activities of the Commercial Office of the Israeli Embassy and contact with local entrepreneurs.

This is just another example of the Chamber creating new links for local companies. Due to the success of the meetings, Dundalk Chamber will play host to more Embassies in the near future, including The Romanian and Pakistan Embassies, details of which can be found on www.dundalk.ie
