The LECP is a six-year plan to support the economic and community development of County Louth It is developed by Louth County Council, in consultation with its stakeholders, including the people living and working in the County.
LECPs are the main tool for delivering actions from national and regional strategies at the local level.
It is essential that the LECP reflects the needs and ambitions of all communities in Co Louth and that all stakeholders are consulted..
To this end we are arranging a one hour workshop for members of Dundalk Chamber & Drogheda Chamber to discuss their economic priorities for the next 6 years and to consider the High level Goals for the new Local Economic & Community Plan (LECP) 2023-2029.
KPMG will facilitate an online workshop via Microsoft Team, for Chamber Members on Tuesday 16th May at 10.00 -11.00am.
We would encourage all businesses to participate as this is your one opportunity to have a say at a high level. Based on feedback from this the Chamber will be making its own submission.
Please contact Brenda at brenda@dundalk.ie if you would like to attend this on line event so we have an idea of numbers.
