This management development programme is aimed at owner/managers of small businesses in County Louth that have been operating for over 18 months. It aims to address the business challenges that may be hindering the growth of the business. Participants on the programme will gain a greater understanding of
- self development and entrepreneurial capabilities
- where the business is going
- marketing the business
- the importance of continuous improvement
- sales and selling techniques
- managing finance
- responding to business needs
What is involved?
The programme will be jointly delivered by Padraig Warren (Chinook Consulting) and Francis Verling (Verling Consulting) over a six month period and will include seven group workshops and six mentor consultations for each participating business.
How much does it cost?
The fee is €250 per business. A maximum of two people per business can be accommodated.
