We are delighted to announce the full programme for our Cross-Border Conference in partnership with Newry Chamber and over 150 business representatives from both sides of the border have already registered to attend so secure your place today!
The conference which takes place on Wednesday 6th March from 8:45am – 1:30am in the Carrickdale Hotel & Spa will focus on ‘Building a Sustainable All-Island Economy’ and cover themes including Skills & People, Business Supports, Sustainability, Productivity and the All-Island Economic Outlook.
We have secured an incredible line-up of expert speakers and have enhanced the format for this year’s conference with shorter presentations, allowing us more time to facilitate interactive Q&A sessions at the end of each theme with our speakers and provide delegates with the platform to ask questions from the floor.
This timely conference comes on the back of the publication of the command paper by the UK Government this week which looks like seeing the imminent restoration of a Stormont Executive so come and hear what this new deal means for trade on a North/South and East/West basis. MC is Broadcaster & Journalist, Mark Simpson.
With Newry and Dundalk located right at the centre of the Belfast-Dublin economic corridor, cross-border cooperation is at the core of economic success on both sides of the border. This conference provides you with a unique opportunity to hear from experts on the issues that matter and opportunities for enhanced collaboration with other stakeholders in the cross-border economy.
This major cross-border conference regularly attended by over 300 delegates is proudly supported by InterTradeIreland, Newry, Mourne and Down District Council, Louth County Council, Louth Local Enterprise Office and Dundalk Chamber Skillnet.
