Dundalk Chamber in association with Peninsula Business Services will be hosting an Employment Law and Health and Safety seminar in The Crown Plaza Hotel Dundalk at 8.45am – 11.00am on Wednesday 19th of November 2014.
The event is free for members and there is a fee of ten euro for non-members.
This business forum will advise business leaders on subjects such as improving employee contracts, dealing with employee stress and managing staff issues quickly and effectively. The event will also allow time for local businesses to connect with employers from like-minded, Irish-based companies, sharing ideas and talking through the subjects covered during the morning.
This is a fantastic opportunity brought to you by Dundalk Chamber to meet with other key decision makers from local businesses and discuss common issues facing employers today. The legal specialist’s team will also highlight some recent case studies and examine the benefits of business linking.
This event is sponsored by Peninsula Business Services – Ireland’s leading provider of employment law and health & safety services. The workshop will be presented by one of Peninsula’s senior legislation specialists who will go through each topic in a manner which is easy to understand and which offers easy to follow advice. The event is open to local business owners, proprietors and senior decision makers.
Alan Price, managing director of Peninsula Ireland, said “The time and effort needed to ensure that your business complies and follows the most recent rules and regulations can be huge. The seminar will detail ways in which to proceed as a business to avoid prosecution and to guarantee your firm is legally compliant. Our event will show you how to easily comply with employment legislation whilst allowing you to do what you do best – run your business.”
Mr Price concluded with “We understand that with watertight policies in place, companies can then prioritise running their company and apply all their effort to making it a success. The seminar will provide useful information on the relevant policies to implement and how to do so in order to get them properly established.”
