It’s that time of year again, after the excesses of Christmas we start to think of our waistlines! Operation Transformation logo Series 8 of Operation Transformation is back on our screens every Wednesday and Thursday on RTE1 at 8.30pm.  Operation Transformation has teamed up with the Irish Sports Council and the Local Sports Partnerships to organise a number of national events.

The Operation Transformation National Walks take place on Saturday 17th January. This year one of the 5 leaders chosen from the entire Country is Mark McArdle from Dunleer.

The walks in Dundalk will start on Thursday 22nd January at 7.30. The group will meet at St. Helena’s Park at the entrance opposite Lidl Car Park. Booking is not required. Please bring a hi-viz vest (if you have one).

We welcome all ages and abilities, so come along and support Mark. The event is ideal for beginners to come out and give it a go.

If you have any further queries contact Celine, Louth Sports Partnership on 042-9324318
