Lisa Fingleton is passionate about ‘being the change’ she wishes to see in the world. She works and lives on a 20 acre organic farm, creating art and growing food. The exhibition is simultaneously funny and deadly serious. Fingleton presents a sumptuous, visual feast of drawings, found objects, documentary and immersive installations. The work responds to the specificity of the gallery as an ex prison and articulates connections between freedom and food.
